Preliminary Assessment
Your query will be considered and a remote or in-person consultation will be arranged if your case is something I can assist with.
Formalities
Once you are satisfied to proceed, a letter will set out how costs will be dealt with, to give you clarity and transparency. You will be asked to agree to the firm's data protection policies and will need to provide some basic documents to verify your identity.
